Band of Mystery

I’ve suddenly become an oldies junkie.. So far I’ve got Ray Charles, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Charles Aznavour, Brigitte Bardot, Julie London, Vera Lynn, Paul Anka, Peter Alexander, Carlos Gardel, Lale Andersen, Mireille Mathieu, Marlene Dietrich, and Edith Piaf.

I’m interested in catchy music, more than “musically good” music, if it makes any sense to point it out (it should rule out music that grows too repetitive and single out the songs that are slightly different to the rest, the more memorable ones). Also I’d like to balance the german and spanish in my list, but I don’t know how to look for more artists (even less so songs) I’d like. Any language is ok, I know english, spanish, german and french, so I understand those, but I could find japanese oldies to be amusing.
